Hello, I am Jane – this is my big ole’ yellow lab “Sparky” and “his” kitty, “Isabelle”.

Sparky adopted her during the hurricane and she has loved him ever since. I, of course, love them both. Years ago, as a commercial artist – I had to travel. There was not much choice, our pets either came with us on trips or else we just didn’t go. It was such a relief when I did find someone who I felt comfortable with taking care of my “loves”.

I have always loved animals and have always had a desire to work with them. I enjoy my time pet sitting, and I always treat your pets as if they were my own. I have a 5-year-old terrier mix named Chase. She is like my child so I completely understand the need for reliable pet care. I endeavor to treat every animal with the respect and love that it deserves.

My wife and I have two Labradoodle dogs that make us smile every day. After retiring from the United States Army I attended graduate school and earned a Master of Arts degree in Urban Education/School Counseling.  I believe how we treat our pets is how most of us treat each other. My wife and I first met Barbara Black several years ago as a pet sitter for Tyler and Grif our two labradoodles, we became fast friends with common interests and now I am pet sitting.  I currently own my own company which develops character education CD’s with DVD’s and books on the horizon. Music and animals are my passion and I now have the time to do both. I present at state and national education conferences along with performances at elementary schools. These are my Belgian Shepherds, Rikki and Ruby. I also have two rescue cats and I have owned pet rabbits. I have found that our pets serve as a source of friendship and comfort. They are always there for us and love us unconditionally. Words cannot express the peace and joy a pet can bring to a person. As a pet sitter I return that same love to all animals, young and elderly, small and large.
